Smart Fat Loss

For the most people i know there is at least once time in their when vanity take over in their normal life. Everybody want to look good either by intrinsic either extrinsic drive. But they have one in common to have a better body shape, those considered as the ultimate booster of self esteem for majority of people in know, and perhaps it's also apply to you. Okay now let's get going.

Now, to get a better body either we people want to do diet or do exercise, those believed to help people to achieve weight loss. But our goal here is not to struggle too hard to get what we deserved and ultimately to live a better life. In this case we seek for the better version of level of fitness which is fat loss. What the different between weight loss and fat loss? Well, that a whole different thing with the same traditional measurement (scale). Is a common mistake for people to consider weight loss as an improvement of their health but weight loss means you also lose very exposed to muscle shrinkage, well you still get slimmer but not in the best way. Then what about fat loss, now this level of fat is what we have to control to achieve great body shape and ultimately health.

How to make our body achieve fat loss condition? First thing first, when you want to get healthy you have to get the right diet in you stomach, second you have to do exercise, third you have to get enough rest, (last but not really necessary is supplement). On my first post here i want to share about my success on the diet part. By mastering the diet you have your base of pyramid covered.

For you guys who think about dieting have must be have encounter paleo diet, mayo diet, detox diet, macro nutrient diet, calories control diet, Atkins diet or if you in the same country as me you encounter ocd diet. Every diet have their own upper hand,  but what work best for me on fat loss is called "ketogenic diet" also called keto, it diet where you consume 60-80% fat, 30-20% protein and 20-10% fiber. You notice there is no carb in it, beucase yes we only allowed to consume 40 gram of carb each day. It may sound similar to low carb diet, but it better for my body because it my still can get the energy from fat that i consume. A little bit of back story, hehehe. Maybe, I'm not those guy or gal who loss 70 kg in a acute illness but i achieve the weight i want with fat loss, i'm 174 cm 74 kg before and now i'm 63 kg. I achieve it within 2.5 months pretty damn good accomplishment for me ..

Now back to the diet, how can you loss fat by consuming fat? This is typical question that crossed everybody mind. The answer is basically your body being very used to consume fat until it consume fat in body reserve. But why can't they do same with low calories diet (and again fat loss not weight loss)? Because our body not used to use fat as our main source of energy. With ketosis diet our body is adapt to convert fat into energy until our fat in our body reach our desirable fat level.

What must I do to do achieve that? The easiest way is you hopefully can get your hand on the process of making every meal you take everyday. Change the card into fatty diet, fried food is good! Then try to change your rice into cauliflower or avocado. If you hungry you allowed to munch cucumber. So you not gonna make your mom or spouse angry beucase you just eat meat and fat all the time. *little tips drink the cold water because it the only calories negative thing you can consume. Just remember to maintain the scale of nutrient you get into your body. And you good to go.

How it work? It work by conditioning our body to consume fat as the main source of energy rather then using glucose or carb. It's certainly have a better impact on body because calories from fat behave better in our body by circulating longer as energy then calories from carb, then by that our body will using excess fat on our body. As the time goes on we can get thinner easily.
